As a Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) ART’s remit is to ensure that viable businesses and social enterprises in the West Midlands can access the finance they need.
Our loans can be used for any business purpose, including asset purchase or working capital. We lend alone, or alongside banks or other financiers, and we are able to signpost you to independent Business Finance specialists for advice if required. We take a personal approach to assessing applications and can make money available quickly if necessary.
